Sex Party in Court Next Week (October 15)

Greetings from the Sex Party.

Our lawsuit against Canada Post goes to trial next week in Federal Court in Vancouver. It starts Oct 15 and goes for three days.

The case has generated a mountain of documents and an enormous amount of work for the Sex Party.

But the battle is worth it.

Canada Post refused to deliver our wholesome and sex-positive flyer in the federal election campaign on the ground it was "sexually explicit." Yet the same flyer was broadcast on Global television during the dinner hour on two occasions, without complaint!

And while prohibiting our flyer Canada Post managers insisted on delivering a homophobic religious tract that postal workers refused to handle, and even walked-out over the issue!
